Communications Associate
Angbeen Saleem is the communications associate for Moksh Consulting. She has been working together with Nitika for almost a year. Currently, her full-time job is as digital communications coordinator for North Star Fund, a community foundation supporting grassroots organizing in New York City and the Hudson Valley.
She has over eight years of communications and social media experience, working at MTV’s Social Impact team, Southern Poverty Law Center, and The Aspen Institute’s Advocacy Planning and Evaluation Program.

Karthika Rayavarapu
Communications Associate
Karthika Rayavarapu is the Communications Associate (consultant) at Moksh Consulting, where she designed and built the organization's current website. Beyond her work in communications and digital design, she is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a Member of the International Coaching Federation.
Her coaching practice focuses on the intersections of self, relationships, leadership, desire, care, and belonging. Drawing on her current full-time role in people & culture, organizational development, and community organizing, her work is grounded in a commitment to justice, equity, and collective wellbeing.
She is a sexuality and trauma informed coach, with ongoing training through the Sacred Resilience Collective. Alongside her coaching practice, she supports founders, CEOs, directors, and senior leaders with leadership development, strategic thinking, and executive effectiveness.
She currently based in Hyderabad, India. She creates spaces where people can reflect more deeply, reconnect with what matters to them, and move toward greater alignment in how they live and lead. Here is her website.
