Communications Associate
Angbeen Saleem is the communications associate for Moksh Consulting. She has been working together with Nitika for over five years.
She has over a decade of communications and social media experience, working at North Star Fund, MTV’s Social Impact team, Southern Poverty Law Center, and The Aspen Institute’s Advocacy Planning and Evaluation Program.

Ilsen Noriega
Executive Assistant
Ilsen Noriega is the Executive Assistant at Moksh Consulting, where she supports operations, systems, scheduling, and day-to-day workflows that help create more space for thoughtful, creative, and impactful work.
She brings more than five years of experience in executive and administrative support, project coordination, and operations, working alongside nonprofit leaders, consultants, entrepreneurs, and mission-driven organizations. Her work has included managing complex calendars, coordinating projects and travel, supporting board and client communications, developing organizational systems, and keeping the many moving pieces behind a team’s work running smoothly.
Born in Cochabamba, Bolivia and raised in the United States, Ilsen values work rooted in community, connection, and meaningful impact. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time in nature, learning about herbal wellness, exploring new cultures, and reconnecting with her Bolivian roots and heritage.
