Hi, I’m Nitika
My official bio will tell you where I’ve been and what I’ve done and more about this embodied form, but first, I’d like to tell you who I really am.
I am love, I am joy, I am freedom, wrapped in a deeply adventurous spirit. I am here to expand hope and explore all the bold beautiful possibilities. A spiritual frame I love describes life as a journey through the worldly ocean. The boat I’m in is a small powerful one, full of beloveds. I can really feel the waves as we move through, enjoying the wind in my face and hair, and exchanging delight and laughter as we travel. Bliss is my north star. What I mean by bliss is the joys of being alive, the daily moments of soaking in the sun or scent of roses, and I also mean the great satisfaction of living into my purpose. Truth is an anchor. I come across as serious at first because I take my commitments very seriously. I orient towards listening thoroughly before speaking. I also believe in speaking out as thoroughly as necesasry. Truth is the sword of light that cuts through inauthenticity, and I use it to clear a path for moving into alignment. But truth without love simply cuts, and I’m not here for that.
By the way, my name means justice.
All of my life’s work is about ending violence, whether that be interpersonal, societal or systemic, or even the wars within one’s own being. My gifts lead me to creativity, coaching, and connection building. Many hands make light work, as I was taught, and I love to make hard things feel fun and easier, which is often through connection and support.
